This audiobook was exactly what I needed. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained for a while now, and I didn’t really know how to hit reset. I really liked the quiz at the beginning. This book is full of great ideas and advice- it has over 1,000 self-care ideas, journal prompts, self-care action steps and I was able to become really self-aware about how I am feeling and thinking to make some changes. With so many options, I was able to pick the ones that actually fit into my life and tweak my routine in a way that felt right for me.
What I appreciated most is how the tips were a mix of quick, simple resets I could do during the day and bigger habit shifts I can incorporated daily to make changes. It reminded me that self-care doesn’t have to be perfect, but just consistent and honest.
