Powerful Diet!
I just finished listening to this "Weight Loss for Women over 50 " box set. This is a powerful guide for women who want to lose weight as well as improving their health. I have always been one to exercise and work out but now I am really looking for the nutritional side. This book is very motivating to me. It recommends fasting and a whole foods diet, which in turn will give you long-lasting results. My favorite part of the book are the success stories of women who have done it. I highly recommend this book.

Interesting and informative
I have seen lots of articles in the media regarding the subject of intermittent fasting. It was enlightening to discover in-depth information about how it works, its impact on the body, and, most importantly, how to take a healthy approach to fasting.
