About this listen

Trust is a valuable commodity, and Nico has very little of it to spare.

Discovering the condition of other dragons in the empire rocked Nico. Now he has to decide how to respond.

Is it time to spread his wings and fly, or will Nico double down and learn the power these humans have to teach him?

It isn't really trust when both sides are trying to use the other.

The story is a little bit slow in the beginning. It is constantly interrupted by people forcefully apologizing. I am currently 1/3 through the book, and nothing has happened with the plot.

Neil Helgers does a fantastic job and picks up the slack. I hope the story picks up speed and relevance in the rest of the book.

Too much apologizeing

Not a slow or boring moment. most stories have a slow bit of world building, but this story incorporates it all nicely and the flow doesn't slow or stop to explain things. seemless. brilliant. gripping.

Continuing excellence

just way too short. This is the Narrators best work yet, also I got surprised that the author let rip this wonderful story, it truly moved me, the personality of Nico blows my mind

A Masterpiece, perhaps my favorite series.

Wings Spread by Sean Oswald. The sequel in the Dragon Sorcerer series was a huge improvement on the first. Nico the dragon 🐉 was lazying around as a dragon does. Then he found out there were other dragons bred in captivity. That royally pissed him off. Don't piss off a dragon.

He needed to ensure they could be recognised 🐉 as dragons and not just captive animals. As well as this, he needed to further his bond with his 🏇 dragon rider Cami. I absolutely loved the plot because of the evolutions Nico goes through in becoming an adult 🐲dragon.
I am very much looking forward to seeing the development of Nico in the next instalment.

The narrator @NeilHellegers read this book 🎧 smoothly and tenderly, unlike a dragon's tongue. This one will keep your butt right on the edge of your seat. Read it.📚5/5⭐️ #bookreview
