I’ve become a massive fan of Neil’s books and of Angus narration .. totally loved it and great to see a different side to Max .. I hope we don’t have too long to wait for the next book in the series .. highly recommend

Another amazing book

It's best to start with the first book in the series then you'll progress with the character development. A cleverly written story by Neil, expertly narrated by Angus! I feel I know these two as well as the 'family' of good cops in the story. I'm already missing Angus' dulcet Scottish accents. Highly recommend the whole collection!

Another cracking story!

I have listened to all D.S. Craigie books they are great What a story couldn’t put it down, it’s a long time since I said that. Just didn’t stop till I reached the end. Great story, I had to listen to it twice.
Best so far, when is the next one?

I was hooked straight away with the fabulous angus narrating, but the story line was first class. The police station chapters had me at the edge of my seat.

Best book of the series (so far)

Another good book in the series. I feel bad marking Angus King down for his, mostly, great narration, but his voices for Janey and Katie are awful & hard to take seriously. That aside, it's another rollercoaster of a ride and I look forward to listening to the next.

Really easy listen

Love the humour. Another good story, well read. Not sure how believable it all is - but certainly a good “read”.

The characters.
