I couldn’t get into this audiobook, the content at times was good and I thought the direction of topic was good but it seemed to come back to ‘go to my website and look at the testimony of xyz’.

It felt like at time where best practices could be shared a marketing funnel was put in. Maybe this is just the first 45mins but I stopped and won’t be returning back to this author.

Same as the other "Fit Pro's" books I bough in hard copy. slightly informative but over all repetitive and nothing you couldn't get online. worth £5 at best.

Was really hoping for some good knowledge and experience from this book. However it really was just a dummies (at best) guide and a platform for Jon to sell you his online personal training coaching.

I couldn't finish this book as I don't like the readers voice, and his rather monotonous and boring way of reading it.
The "Ding Ding Ding" added is also highly annoying to me.
And last but not the content feels like a lot of filler to me.
I'm sure there are people that get a lot of value out of this book and maybe reading it instead of listening to it would be better, but it's simply not my cup of tea
